I just made the best Chocolate Chip Cookies...and they are Gluten Free. You might not believe me but it is true.
I found it on a blog and did it myself...

I am also making Baked Apple Chips.
TO make: Apple and Cinnamon.
Core the apple and slice thinly.
Put waxed paper on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 250 for 2 hours... first hour on one side and then flip over to the other to bake evenly. The cook about an hour, until browned.

So, it took a bit longer than expected. the first time they cooked too fast so I turned it to 250 degrees and it took longer but they came out great. They were crispy, but still a little soft and moist. You could cook them longer if you wanted...
FINISHED PRODUCT! SOO GOOD!
The kitchen smells amazing.
